What about one of those old external modems powered by the ADB port?
I managed to wrangle one up awhile back off Ebay; I think it's 33.6, which is not bad... but I have never used it.
Does anyone have any comments regarding using the ADB-powered modems with their Powerbooks?

I used two of those ADB powered modems with the 540c about 2 or 3 years ago. I found they are the best choice for the PB 5xx series, and work quite well. I highly recommended them. As I remember, they were Supra Express or something like that. Best regards. Hugo Diaz [EMAIL PROTECTED]
