Hi, Yes, I'm not giving up yet. But I have put out a call for another internal IDE HDD.
It appears that you must not use the Disk Tools versions of 7.6 Finder and Sys Folder on your HDD. So I need the actual installer versions of the 3400 specific 7.6 - probably from the CD.
