Hi,

Awhile ago, someone on the list was contemplating the possibility of using IDE laptop
drives in a SCSI Powerbook with the aid of a small adapter.... but the problem
(potentially) was making it all fit....

Well, I have just recently come across a bunch (17,000!) of 1-2GB IDE 2.5" drives,
that are 1/2-height. They were in little Newton-like PDA/Laptops used by some phone
company previously...

Anyway, the implications are obvious, and I would like that person to contact me
off-list please...

Craig W.
