It's just a basic PCMCIA adapter, one for CF is about $14, one for Smartmedia are about $25-40 depending. See <http://www.cdwg.com/shop/products/default.asp?EDC=101754> and/or <http://www.cdwg.com/shop/products/default.asp?EDC=484508> depending on the media you want to use. I think I got my Smartmedia one for $29 from outpost.com, I got the CF one off the shelf- Sears electronics area, Circuit City, places like that should have one or both types on shelf. The only drivers you need are a working File Exchange/Pc Exchange that lets you read PC format disks. Or you can reformat them as macOS volumes and make them bootable rescue disks (your camera will only be able to write to them if they are PC Format though- in fact just in case of low level issues, I only format the cards in the camera, not as "PC Format" on the Mac).
