Sorry guys, none of the PPC upgrades with the extra 24 Meg. of RAM ever
actaully got made for sale. A total of 4 of them were probably made for R & D but
the source of memory dried up before production could be started and rather
than spend more R & D testing memory and general BS time negotiating prices, etc.
and since Apple was by then talking about G3 laptops, the project died out in
97 or early 98. I have one of the very few 183 MHz units they made and it has
no on board memory but the L2 Cache does make it nice an zippy. I just wish I
COULD add more memory. I've got OS 9.1 running on it fine. Hell, I wish I
could get a faster modem INSIDE it as well. I hate PC card modems.
