Man! IS THIS POWERBOOK 1400 PROBLEM DAY?!? On startup, my 1400cs/166 (newly acquired) acts like the backlight is out when going thru the extension/control panel startup...
But when the desktop appears, all is right w/ the world again. I am assuming that I have a bad PRAM battery, because the screen contrast/brightness always needs adjusting when I start it up.
