Hello Junior:

Every time I've had this problem, except when I shorted a video cable by
installing it one pin over, the problem has been a misaligned video
connector or a bent pin in the video connector. Take the connector
apart and check it very carefully, using a magnifying glass if
necessary. I need to. Straighten any bent pins very carefully and
check that the other side of the connector junction is also in good
shape because I also had to realign one of the female side slots using
an exacto knife.

Sincerely yours, Grizzlygiant
