G3 Dead battery

[Barbara Guild]

I tried to rejuvenate my battery and got one of the four lights to 
light briefly, but it's still not a happy camper.

Could it be the battery charger? And could I test it? Is it a hard 
thing to replace? I see chargers listed on eBay.
