Yes, both are identical, the only difference between the 520c and the 540c is the processor speed.

I thought that the 'c' screens were the same ?? (except the 550c) Am I incorrect in thinking this ? Ben.
That's incorrect. The 520 and 520c use passive matrix screens, and the 540 and 540c use active matrix screens. The 550c uses an active matrix color screen as well, but it's 10.4" instead of 9.5".
