I have a lombard 333 and just bought a DVD decoder card to watch movies. It is the VST
model, which also comes with the VST DVD-Rom drive. The drive works fine, and under
osx I can watch the movie with VLC, albeit slow. HOwever, I didn't buy this kit to
watch a stuttery movie..... Heres the problem. I boot into os 9 to try and use the
card. It appears on the desktop and is labeled DVD-ZV card. However, when I run Appe
DVD player 1.3, it says that " the hardware is not found" I think the dvd player might
be at fault here. IT is a somewhat pieced together version. I have mac os 9.04 on
disk, and that comes with version 2.2, which is software only. So, I scoured the
internet and pieced together an install from severl places. I think this might be to
blame. If anybody know how to use the card, or has doen it on their lombard, could you
please e-mail me and help me out? Thanks
