I have a PB3400 with OS 9.1, and I got this site to work in IE 5.1.6-- though it took a long long time to load. Checking my Preferences, under File Helpers it says .swf is handled by a Shockwave Flash NP-PPC plug-in. Mine says it is Macromedia Flash Player 6.0 r40 and is located in my Applications: Internet Explorer: IE Plug-ins. Does that help?
