WTD PB 1400 display housing, CD door

My venerable PB 1400's screen hinge just broke, so I'm looking for a 
replacement display housing (the back part, #922-2535). I also need a 
door plate for a PB 1400 6X/8X CD drive. If you have either, or a 
good idea where to get them, please let me know.
