You may need to reset the Power Manager. Not sure if that's it but worth a try: <http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=14449#faq1> As for Opcode, I know very little about it but I seem to recall it doesn't like Virtual Memory (someone please correct me if I'm wrong).
