Floppy disk drive for pb 5300

[Al Morris]

I have a couple of powerbook 5300's and recently got  an old disk 
caught in one.  I tried to pull it out and, of course, the metal
part of the disk came off and is still in the computer.  Any 
suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

p.s. also, I would like to find a place that sells old powerbook parts
