All it had was a loose cable inside, and I got the lil' wonder to boot. Then it stopped. Now, whenever I turn it on, I get that annoying "Twilight Zone" chime after the power-up chime.
That sounds like a RAM problem to me. Maybe you loosened the RAM card while you were in it and subsequent jostling has been enough to knock it out of place.
Try re-seating the RAM and see if that helps. That would be my guess, anyway...
