Why, every day is swap day on the Swap List! ;-)
IIRC, a few years ago, Dan Knight eliminated "swap day" and instituted the Swap List as a replacement. If you've got something to buy, sell, or trade, you can still post it to the PowerBooks list (but you are limited to one such post per year, or something like that), but the most appropriate place to do so is on the Swap List.
