Where did you get that info?
I've been using Duo adapters to run my 1400 for years now, and I never had
a problem. They DO charge the batteries correctly while running the
computer.
However, on a 3400c, it was one or the other. (Running or charging). But if
left overnight, the battery charges correctly.
