Hi all,
Happy Easter!
My PB 3400c took a hard fall and now boots only with a
powered external SCSI device. Is there a broken
connection on the mother/logic board that can be
fixed?

Part of the problem/solution is that without the SCSI
device, the internal HDD goes to sleep or stalls
before the boot finishes.

So whatever is putting the drive to sleep or stall is
deactivated by the presence of the powered SCSI
device.
A non-powered device has no positive effect.
TIA
George
