hello!
A friend of mine has a Pismo (Firewire) that's on the fritz and I'm hoping someone here might have be able to help us figure out what's wrong with it.
She hasn't used it in months and now it refuses to power up.
Here's what we've checked so far-
1) Battery- still good 2) power adapter- good 3) reset power manager- tried a couple times, no dice.
could the pram battery be causing this? If so, can we check that without replacing it? Or might this be a hardware problem?
