I honestly have no idea bout 1400s.
I hear they're good though.
Again, so far in my experiences, the Wallstreest were the beginning of the good keyboards.

I can't really afford the G3 'books, and in fact don't really *need* that
much power. Basically I will use a laptop for lots of word processing, an
occasional simple arcade-style game for "breaks" from writing, and maybe
occasional checking of email. Having a nice keyboard & active matrix screen
are more important to me than raw processing power or what OS it can run.
Before this I tried 4 1xx series units and loved the keyboards but had
terrible luck with display screens. Can you reccommend any others in this
league that might have better keyboards than the 520c? Thanks for any info.
