Bob, Did I ever respond to this?
If not, I never did get the Skyline card to work. I gave up and sold it to Drew Kershaw on the list. He was/is going to test it on his 5300s.

You might try using TomeViewer to extract the OT components out of 9.x and running these under 8.1. I ran OT 1.3.1 under MacOS 7.6.1 for a while with no problems (on a Centris 650!), but I don't know if you can get away with this on later versions of OT or the MacOS.
