hello listers,

I'd like to hook up a PB 540 to my router which is setup to assign IP
addresses only to specific devices, using the correspondent
Hardware Ehernet (MAC) address. How do I go and find out what the Harwdare
address of the PB (I connect through the appropriate transceiver to the
PB Ethernet port), if at all possible?

The alternative would be a PC card, but again I don't know what type card
cage it is equipped with. I have just installed OS 8.1 and the system
profiler only gives me info about the CPU and the OS. Is there any
software/visual way to get the needed info?

Any hints greatly appreciated!!

cheers, gianfranco
