I had that problem with my 5300, which I purchased off
of ebay.
I found that I would have to wait overnight, or for
however long it took for the green light to go out,
and then it would restart.
I don't remember what I did, I think, except to hit
the power button and it seemed ok after that.
I also have 7.6 on it now, and maybe that's why it
doesn't have that problem anymore.
But now my problem is when I start it up, I can barely
make out the screen, but after a restart it clears up.
Would like to sell it, before I put anymore money into
it., like a wifi card, and a CF card and adapter,
which I have been tempted to spend money on.
My biggest reason for wanting to let it go, is because
it is only 256 colors, and I don't know how to upgrade
to thousands of colors. I like keepng photos on my
puters, and 256 colors are a wash out.
Anyone know what this worth?
No battery, needs new pram battery.
Obviously, have power cord to make it work
TIA
God Bless!
