The Iomega driver IS part of a MacOS install, as many Macs come with Zips.

The install process will install the Iomega Driver system extension,
whether you have an Iomega device intalled, or not.

This one extension supports hard-wired (internal, EIDE) or plug-in
(external, SCSI) Zips and 1 GB cardtrdge drives.
