umm... you can tweek the Digital Radar software for sensitivity. The cam has nothing to do with the motion detection, color or B/W.


I think that's what you are asking for, anyway. You can use Quicktime (via the Connectix camera settings) to change the gamma of the image a bit which might help the DRadar software, though.

And it's not really detecting motion (like an IR-based motion detector would), it's detecting degree of change in the image. A light bulb turning on will trip it, for example. No movement there.
