Hi Dan,

I just made an offer for the first version of the ADS
PCMCIA card. If it fits in the 3400, perhaps my
Kensington webcam will serve me better. I wonder how
much power the cam needs, length of USB cable usable,
etc.

Also, I could set up a 68k Mac with the Connectix
grayscale as a back-up, but I would need a serial
extension cable (anybody have one?) and either a UPS
or some fancy dan dongle that attaches to the ADB port
(?) and restarts the machine after a power failure
(anybody ever heard of these? - Drew seems to know
about them).

I haven't given up totally on Remote Access. Not to be
able to see the disks and folders - and the connection
is independent of my ISP - something is fishy.

George
