Different voltage and different connectors. The iBook uses 24V, the PB520 uses, IIRC, 16V. It's possible the PB520 would be okay with this but I wouldn't risk it myself. The PB520 uses the 4 pin connector only used on the PB5X0 series. It has separate operating and charging circuits. While maybe you could make it work it would be a royal pain and risky.

I'm completely certain that the power supply for your iBook will *not* work with a PB520.
