The procedure for "digitizing" cassette tapes and long-playing records, using "Spin Doctor," is detailed in the User Guides for Toast 5 and 6. Because I gave away my Toast 4 sometime ago, I do not recall whether it included "Spin Doctor." Even if your Toast 4 does not have this component, you can still use Coaster first, as suggested by Drew last night, and then burn your files onto CDs with Toast 4. You may also wish to check the Roxio website, which has a lot of helpful tutorials.
