It's getting a bit of a sticking point, this lack of a functional browser on older macs . . . . Do you think it (iCAb) will really happen?
Thomas Much posted a "progress report" to the iCab Yahoo! Group in early Sept. iCab 3 is coming along. To fully support CSS, they're rewriting the CSS and HTML/XHTML engines.
IMO, a combination of iCab and Moz works fairly well.
