The Airport Apple software does not work on the PPC 603, not even by installing the single extensions after extraction via TomeViewer.
I believe Gerald was really talking about Apple's AirPort Admin Utility, not the actual AirPort subsystem/drivers for wireless. Of course, AirPort (the wireless drivers) calls for a G3 based PowerBook, but it really only requires a 32-bit PC card slot (er, PC Card Manager 3.0). The 2400c and 3400c can thus run AirPort just fine.
AirPort Admin Utility can run on just about anything (but I do think it wants 8.6 as a minimum OS).
Peace, Drew
