Our 5300 CS runs well on OS9 but better on OS 8.6. We have both loaded on plus a 6gb drive and the max mempory (somewhere around 68mb?-cant remember exactly) Also running Wifi to Airport and Microsoft Office 2000 Our batteries last about 1.5 hours on full use but mostly we use the power brick.
