Have you zapped the PRAM ? And if so have you zapped the NVRAM ?
Not sure how on your machine. But both would be worth a good try.
When swapping parts and with wonky behavior this is often sobering to a confused machine.
Look up the manual on the LEM site and read it thoroughly for this operation. It should not be hard just make sure you follow all the steps and hold down the buttons long enough.
