When PowerBooks 190 and 5300 are left unplugged with a drained
battery they tend to drain the PRAM battery too. With a exhausted
PRAM battery the 190/5300 cannot boot. At that stage not even a full
battery may help, the 190/5300 needs the power cord to be plugged.
