Also, the Re-set of: Shift, Control, FN and Power does not work and I have had to pull the plug out to shut it off after it froze. Are there other suggestions for a way to shut it off?

I'm not familiar with Wallstreets. But don't you mean - control, command, power ?

Try zapping the PRAM. -      Command, option,  P, R

Also consult the manual to find out how to reset the NVRAM.

You might also need to rebuild the desktop- .  command, option
