Thanks Drew. I tried hooking my iBook to my network with wire and again it gets the internet fine but does not see the 3400. I will try to get ShareWay IP Personal later and see how that works. From what you say, upgrading 8.6 to 9.1 might also do for the 3400 to see the G3 9.2.2. That is also a good possibility. Thanks,
