Is it inappropriate to mention that I own a copy of an early version
of RamDoubler?

It's still shrink-wrapped in its original box! I'd sell....

I keep a Duo 280c on the kitchen table - to keep score in dominoes
and cards! My relatives were sitting around the table, peering at
the thing, and also talking about bidding on old PC laptops on eBay.
I was surprised at how much a Pentium II notebook was still going
for. And my uncle told me why he didn't want one any older: "You
put Windows 98 on it, and there's no room for anything left." I patted
my old Duo. "Huh. There are gobs of programs on this old Mac." -
and it has a skimpy SCSI hard drive!

I gather that Windows is even a bigger bloatware clog than the classic
Mac OSes.
