Probably the wrong list for this but, according to GURU, the TAM takes

a max of two, 168 pin DIMMs, 64MB each, rated at 60ns.

MacTracker says the same thing and adds that the DIMMs are 5v.

Perhaps the problem is with "chip density." That is, the size of the
RAM chips on the DIMM that make up the 128MB.
