Ah, Well, I got it going! Thank you for the help. I don't know if it is better to have used OS 9 or not. I think OS X is so different. It helps to be familiar with Mac but unsure of benefits towards OS 9 knowledge.
I actually understood the OS9 side of the apple talk connection but did not know where to go for the OS X part of it. So anyway, thanks again. I love my new mac just do not like the knowledge curve.
