Hi,

The 1400's motherboard has 16MB soldered on, so you could put in two more modules.

I had another thought: Would you be able to use a desktop if you had a wireless keyboard, maybe with a trackpad built in? You wouldn't be able to insert floppies, but for surfing, that seems the best option, that is, if the monitor is big enough.

A G3 desktop is much cheaper, that's why I'm thinking of this.
