Modem Update 1.3, since removed from Apple's update site and from the
others which can be Googled, apparently updates the built-in modem of the
early "G3 Series" (AKA, Wallstreet I, 1998) PowerBooks to change the
former default of K56 Flex to V.90. (My Wallstreet IIs and my other
Wallstreet I are all V.90).
Modem Update 2.0 apparently doesn't apply to the 1999.
Does anyone have Modem Update 1.3, or know where it can be found for
download?
