Has anyone on the list built a Pismo from parts alone.?

That is no carcass to start off from?

There are a lot of parts floating around and it occurs to me that with patience and some lucky deals it might be possible to build one from parts at a lower price than buying a fixer upper and repairing it.

The screen of course would be the most expensive as these are going for about $ 100.

If anyone has done this Please let me know of any pitfalls and parts compatibility issues.

TIA
