Of all the replies so far, I like this one the best, actually.  ;-)

However...seriously...this thread just made me take a look at my 5300c. 
Guess what -- I have the same "problem" as R. P. Bell with his Pismo. 
Namely, if I open it and look at it from behind (someone else's possible 
view if I had it sitting open on a picnic table), the Apple logo is 
indeed upside down -- but if I shut the lid and look at it from above, 
the logo is right-side-up again.

This being the case -- if anyone ever makes a comment about my upside 
down Apple logo (which no one ever has), I shall therefore appropriate 
Howard's reply. Hope you don't mind, Howard.  ;-)
