James, I suggest a brand spankin new 1.67GHz 15 inch G4........ But if you can't find someone to give you one I'd go for the Lombard 400MHz as suggested since it has everything you want. Then you'll need an airport card so you can sit outside with your new PB and "work". I wouldn't worry too much about Tiger and your B&W G4.... Panther will be a good system for a long time and just because Tiger isn't supported that doesn't mean it won't run on a B&W.
