Opinions and advice please Listers,

A group of PC users has kindly( ? ) told me that I would be appalled if I saw all of the Trojan Horses and Worms working in the background within my OS 9.1 system and greedily taking all of my personal info back to their masters for nefarious purposes.

They could not give specifics of course(!) Or suggest a utility to directly investigate the truth of this claim.

I would think that in th years I have been on this list I would have heard at least one horror story related to this yet recall none.

So If anyone has had their reputation ruined for devulged info that they were looking at pictures of weasels mating or had their credit ruined by a Trojan horse that got them ten thousand subscriptions to "Gerontological Weekly" please let me know off list and how you found out and what you did to get rid of the problem in OS 9.1

TIA
