Sorry for the double post, but I saw where you posted the amount of RAM. My mistake. Is that Virtual Memory, or actual RAM? Also, you can go into the Get Info command, and set the amount of RAM it uses. It's command+I, if you don't know. That's quite a bit on the 190, though, but I guess that OS8 requires more ram than the paltry 4.5 megs that 7.5.2 uses, but that's just my limited experience showing. I wish you the best in getting your 190 online, as I had some major issues in the beginning that the fellow listers really helped me with. Trust me on this one, you'll love having your PowerBook online. Then again, this is coming from me, so, you know the point. PowerBook online=happiness. That's all I'll say. Then again, I named my two favourite computers, so I'm not exactly the best example. If you need any off-list help, contact me, and I'll do my best to help.
