Greetings. I am looking to pick up a 16-bit 802.11b wireless PC card for my PowerBook 3400c (200MHz version running OS 8.6). I have an opportunity to get a CISCO Aironet 340 card at a great price. But I am trying to determine if it will work with my configuration.

Does anyone on the list have experience with this card on a pre-G3 machine? The documentation I have found online, including CISCO's own documentation refers only to G3 and G4 machines running OS 9.2.x and up. I don't want to risk the purchase without a clear YES IT WILL WORK.

Thanks for your assistance.
