Greetings:
I believe I have Power Manager issues because when I unplug my PB 190 it will start up for 10 seconds then beep out. I did the Battery Amnesia and PROM reset thing and it still continues, so I suspect it's the Power Manager all messed up. I already know how to go inside my PB 190 and remove the internal battery. I'd like to know of any cheap internal battery replacement sources since it seems Radio Shack doesn't carry them. I'd also like to ask could removing and reattaching the flakey power plug itself affect and scramble the Power Manager? If so, just what is it about the power socket that's causing the problem? The socket unit isn't properly seated on the motherboard or what? I'm game to go inside and fix it if I had a good idea what to fix.
