Make sure everything is plugged back in and seated properly. Most
likely your memory or display cards aren't reseated probably.
Dig through the archives for this list, I wrote a step-by-step of my
successful install of this bit of hardware. It's saved on my 5300,
but unfortunately my power brick died, and that coincided with my
getting a Pismo so my 5300 has sat unused for some time with no way
to boot.
