Dear Listers,

I just upgraded my venerable 190 to OS 7.5.3, and I have run into a bit of trouble. I've got the greyscale display on mine, naturally, and my parts machine had .5.3 before it went to the great Mac store in the sky, so I wasn't expecting any trouble. Well, I've done the install, and now my screen shows solid grey. I've tried adjusting the backlight, contrast and even reset the PRAM, to no avail. What could be causing this? It worked perfectly with 7.5.2, so I'm not too happy about the issue.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm about to make a 7.5 Network Install floppy on my Windoze machine and revert back to .5.2. Hopefully I won't have to, but it's still an option.

Thanks in advance,
Caleb
