If you've got the PB 165 online, you could try NetChronometer on http://www.kezer.net It'll automatically check any number of time servers and sync your 'book's clock to current time. Registration fee is only $7 - I've got it on a 520c, and had it on my 5300 before it died.

(Sidenote: it wasn't listed in NetChronomenter's listing, but I found the NIST's server address at time-a.nist.gov While it was fun to sync my clock to severs around the world, this one is both closer to home (for me anyway) and one of the main atomic clocks in the N. hemisphere.)
